66- Death to the Romans!

I had started this new unit of Campanians with the last. But I only finished it yesterday evening. So now I have two of them, ready to punch through the Roman lines. After all, it's death for them and their families if they lose...

J'avais commencé cette seconde unité de Campaniens en même temps que l'autre, mais je ne l'ai terminée qu' hier soir. C'est donc chose faite, et j'ai de quoi percer les lignes romaines. Après tout, ce sont des gars motivés car en cas de défaite, c'est leur famille qui est menacée par les représailles de Rome...

65- Small detour through Campania

Hello everyone. Now it's time for me to start painting my own army for a change ;) And I finished a few days ago, but didn't have time to take a proper picture, a new unit for my Carthaginian Army. This is a unit of heavy infantry, from the Campanian allies.

Because they were former Roman allies, they know their way of fighting. So they are rated as Impact foot. yum.

Salut à tous. Il est temps de me remettre à la peinture de mon armée carthaginoise. Et voici donc une unité d'alliés campaniens. Il s'agit d'une troupe entraînée à la romaine, donc classée Impact d'après Art de la guerre. Très intéressant dans une armée carthaginoise.

The Punic wars at Crisis

For those lucky guys who will go at Crisis in Antwerp next week-end, I'll give a taste of a game you'll have to try. It'll be a demo of Art de la guerre, with 28mm minis from the Punic wars. The game will be hosted by two friends of mine. Fisrt here's a look at Fred's Carthaginians:
