Bien.
Right, first clue: Premier indice
Carl Orff, 1895-1982 |
Enjoy ;)
Assuming it is historical, my guess from this one clue is "Arthurian" based on Boorman's use of "O Fortuna" in Excalibur for the scene near the end where Arthur and his knights are riding to battle through the orchards.
ReplyDeleteNot a clue???
That was another possibility. Maybe Weird World War 2 though, with Seb doing a play on words:
DeleteCarl Orff => Karloff, Boris who played Frankenstein
15mm Vietnam?
ReplyDeleteI imagine Tamsin is onto the right tracks with Excalibur.
ReplyDeleteThis is one reason I'm no modern Sherlock Holmes. I'll need more clues please!
ReplyDeleteHe he. Tamsin is indeed onto something. But it's not THIS Arthur. And yes, you have to think about why Carl Orff, and not anyone else for the soundtrack. Not sure I'm understandable now. Better go to bed, I need to work and paint tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAssuming it's "O Fortuna", but not Arthurian, but still wargaming, two possibilities come up using Wiki-Fu - ACW (it was used in "Glory") or FIW (used in "Last of the Mohicans"). My money is on the latter.
